Experienced and passionate, Attorney Mary Beth Ayvazian is dedicated to serving Massachusetts clients in a variety of legal matters, from family law to estate planning and bankruptcy.

With most of her cases in Western Massachusetts and Worcester County, Attorney Ayvazian has developed trusted relationships in local courts while also gaining keen insight into the different judges, probation officers and other court personnel.

While every case has different facts, Attorney Ayvazian often can predict how one judge might handle a parenting matter differently than another would. She knows the local attorneys and can anticipate certain arguments based on her knowledge of members of the local bar. Attorney Ayvazian has experience with all types of family law matters, from same-sex marriage and divorce issues to grandparent rights. She also handles a variety of financial matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, credit counseling, home foreclosure and repossession of property.
